What patients said about testing at home

Use of a wireless monitoring device to perform nonstress tests from home: the patient perspective

In short

Penn researchers asked patients who did their nonstress tests at home with INVU how it went, through weekly surveys and interviews. Patients rated remote monitoring acceptable, a median of 15 out of 20, and most often named avoiding in-clinic visits as the benefit. Their feedback, most often about belt fit and comfort, led to changes to the device.
