Sheba: gestational diabetes care split between home and clinic

Hybrid remote and in-clinic maternal-fetal surveillance for women with gestational diabetes: a prospective pilot study

In short

Sheba Medical Center ran a hybrid programme for women with gestational diabetes: remote visits at home, with INVU for the nonstress test alongside other digital tools, alternating with clinic visits. 97.4% of remote visits were successful, a remote visit took a median of 59 minutes against 159 in clinic, and patients rated INVU 9.4 out of 10.
