Alisa King is an OB nurse at Nacogdoches Women’s Center, a practice in rural East Texas. When the practice began offering INVU to its patients, she was the nurse running its non-stress tests, so she saw the change from the first day.
In this short video she describes how she went from doubting that a mother could monitor her baby at home to depending on it.
“I have to admit as a labor and delivery nurse I was a little skeptical at first because I thought “how is a patient going to monitor themselves at home”, but I have been shocked and amazed at how amazing it has worked, even better than our NST machine in the office when we have to use it.”

For her working day, the difference was practical. In the clinic’s longer film she put it this way:
“It allowed me to monitor eight patients at one time in a one hour period as opposed to having eight patients sprinkled all throughout the day…”
